We embrace a collaborative approach, merging your ideas with our industry knowledge to create unique spaces. Our custom projects follow a structured process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable design experience that communicates your goals and visions.
Effective design begins with a thorough understanding of your unique needs and project goals. Through in-depth discussions and explorations, we delve into your project requirements, including initial layout and desired aesthetics. This initial concept lays the foundation for the rest of your project.
1. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & IDEATING

In this phase, we refine the concept and further develop design to ensure the process continuously aligns with your goals. Design development is a collaborative process that involves close communication between the designer and the client. By working together, we make informed decisions about materials, and ensure that the final result reflects your vision and functional needs. During this phase, FACET Design begins to curate materials, finishes and fixture selections, and begins work on detailed drawings for your review. We will create inspiration boards, drawings and other deliverables to visually communicate the design concept & direction.
3. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Construction documentation is a crucial aspect of any construction project serving as the primary means of communicating the design intent to all project stakeholders. These documents provide detailed drawings, specifications, and notes that clearly convey the design requirements and ensure that everyone involved is working from the same set of plans. Construction documents are the roadmap for the construction team and assist them with executing the design and installing all components correctly to meet your design goals.
